If you're a regular reader, you know all about our love of Richard Simmons. Well, Alex likes that one video of him. Personally, I can't get enough of the guy. I mean, look at him!

The point of this is that Richard Simmons has an autobiography. I need it!

In light of recent tragedy, I dug deep to recover this video. Why am I posting it now? Because I know that it's a messed-up, confusing world out there, but I just want you to remember that for every terrible tragedy, there is something of equal value to this.

The video description says it best. "It's not supposed to be funny, but it is!!" So keep your chin up.

Sorry to post so much Richard Simmons info in such a short period of time, but can you really ever get enough Simmons? Don't answer that. Just watch. And actually pay attention this time, okay? Because frankly, Richard Simmons is getting sick of telling you.

Sweatin' to the Confusion

So maybe for Christmas your mom gave you a re-release of the Richard Simmons classic Sweatin' to the Oldies. And maybe it sat on your DVD shelf since then, covered in its clear plastic shrink wrap. And maybe tonight you got bored and decided to see what it was like. And maybe it was crazy. So maybe (just maybe!) you took to the Youtubes and found this video. And maybe you became super, super confused.

Was Richard Simmons a sketch comedian? I need to know more.
